Once I determine an adult or kid is ready for sale, a $100 Non-refundable deposit is required to hold it until whatever terms we agree on have been finalized. I don’t take deposits on reservations because so much can happen between breeding and weaning.I make a list and any preferences you have then fill them in the order they were made. By about 6 weeks I evaluate kids and if healthy and doing good I’ll start contacting names on my list. Once contacted you have 48 hours to respond and work out a deposit or full payment. I have PayPal, I accept checks but they must clear before kid can leave. Any extra fees for transactions are buyers responsibility. Buyer is responsible for all costs above my sell price that iincludes transfer fee (I pay registration), kennels, shipping fees and $25 for gas to get it to town.

$25 For milk quantity star (doe meets minimum
for her age and bucklings can inherit their
star)
$50 if doe has milked over 800 lbs (doe is above
average)
$50 if doe has milked over 1000 lbs ( doe is well
above average)
$50 if LA over 86 (doe is of good quality)
$50 if LA 90 (doe is of excellent quality)
$50 if doe has ever been ELITE (indicates there is consistency and higher likelihood of those traits being passed on)
$50 if buck has his star
$50 for each + (they can earn 2. one by having 3 does get stars and one by having a buck and 2 does, or 2 bucks and 1 doe)
$50 if buck has ever been ELITE
$50 if LA over 86
$50 if LA over 90
